EZPro offer free warranty service during the period of warranty. The warranty card or sales invoice should be presented upon request of warranty service; otherwise the warranty period would start from the date of original delivery.
EZPro will charge for no warranty product service, please contact the service center for various service and rate.
Changed parts have a 90-day warranty started from delivery date.
Customer could fill the Product Repair Information Form and submit on line in order to get an auto-generated service number which should be add on the pack list and send to EZPro service center with the product.
